About Us
Mercy College of Nursing

The congregation of the Sisters of Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament was founded on 8th December 1908 at Champakulam near Changanassery, Kerala by the Servant of God Thomas Kurialassery, the first Bishop of Changanassery with the co-operation of its first member Mother Mary Chanthal. The seed of the Holy Eucharist which our founder sowed at Champakulam started to grow and flourish as a big tree first in Kerala and the world around. Besides the Eucharistic Apostolate we extend our services in the fields of education, healing, social welfare and missionary activities according to the need of the time and place. We participate in the healing ministry of the Eucharistic Lord in order to give healing to the whole person and thus to continue the redemptive work of the Lord in the present day.
